How Long does it take to build a light steel prefab house?
It depends on the size of the house. Generally, one 50 square meter house five workers 1-3 days finished installation.
How is my tiny home insulated?
Our thermal insulation materials include corrugated steel sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 0.6mm. For the insulation itself, we offer a 75mm sandwich panels,including EPS(Expanded Polystyrene),glass wool,rock wool.These materials
provide excellent thermal insulation, ensuring your tiny home remains energy-efficient and comfortable in any climate.

How can I place an order?

What’s the MOQ？Can I order small quantity for testing at first order?

How canl get the quotation of the project?
If you have the drawing ,we can offer you our quotation according to your drawing.If you have no design,our engineer will design some drawings for you based on your idea to confirm,and then offer you a quotation.
What do I need to provide to build a prefab house?
It would be better if you could provide a sketch. If not, you just need to tell us your demands, such as area, house use, etc., and we can make the corresponding design for you.
How to control the cost of building a prefab house?
After confirming the design plan, you can choose the corresponding building materials according to your own need since each material has its own price.
How can you get the quotation of the products and what information we need for products quotation?
For standard products, just tell us the quantities and any special requirement you need. Then we will offer you precise FOB price.For customization, we can offer the FOB price based on the drawings of your projects and mateirals you want. If you don’t have the drawings, you can just tell us the projects background including but not limited to the usage of customized products, the sizes,the quanties and the location, etc. Then we can desgn for you.
Testing
What is the quality assurance and how do you control quality?
From the raw material purchasing, processing time, production, storage, and before loading, we established a full set of quality control system and quality test system.Always check during the half of production. Always final Inspection one by one before shipment.
What certificate do you have？
We have been awarded the certificate by CE,ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001 and China Classification Society. Meantime,we have been inspected many times by TUv,SGS or BV for the factory and products.
What is the lifespan and warranty period?
The lifespan for Prefab house is 5 to 10year,Container house is 10-15years,Steel structure is 15-20years and Vila is 20-50years. The warranty period for all the house is 12months from the delivery.
What is the Warranty?
All the materials are in 1 year.But in the future we can provide technical support to maintain the building and supply the
parts what need to replace.
How is the house tested for durability?
The house is built with heavy-duty galvanized steel frame and materials tested for fireproof, waterproof, and seismic resistance.
What materials are used for the roof of the tiny home?
The roof consists of an external roofing layer made of t50mm fireproof EPS sandwich panels, an insulating layer of EPS, and an internal ceiling made of t0.3mm Type-831 ceiling plate.
Delivery
How about your delivery time?
It will denpend on order quantity. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.
How to pack the products?
We use standard package.If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required,but the fees will be paid by customers
What is your package?
Container house is in flat pack. Other houses will be loaded into shipping containers(main structure and panels in bulk,door/ceiling/floor tiles/furniture in cartons, sanitary/electrical/plumbing/hardware/fttings/tools in wooden case)
Can you export this product by FCL?
It depends on the size of the house and complexity of the house. Usually, a 50 square meters’ house takes 5 workers to complete in 1-3 days.
What is the shipping method?
The products is loading in 40′ HQ if need to buy the shipping containers , we can quote you the 20 foot and 40 foot container price
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the couriers website.
Payment
How can I get the price？
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry(Except weekend and holidays). -If you are very urgent to get the price,please email us [email protected] or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote.
What trade terms do you accept？
EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.

70% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% balance payment before shipment.

What is the cost of customizing a container store?
We are a production factory with the best prices. We will evaluate and quote based on your design requirements and budget range, striving to provide high-quality customized solutions while controlling costs.
Do you offer a price guarantee?
The price paid covers standard customizations. However, pricing can change depending on additional, non-standard customization options. Due to fluctuating raw material costs and taxes, we cannot guarantee a fixed price at the time of reservation. Shipping costs will also vary. We will communicate any pricing changes via email and update our website accordingly. When your position in the queue is reached, we will contact you to confirm the final pricing and next steps.

What’s included in my tiny home?
Your tiny home comes fully equipped with essential living spaces and amenities. This includes a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, electric water heater, kitchen cabinet, sink, internal wiring, socket switches, water supply pipe, flooring, doors, and windows. It is designed to provide a complete and comfortable living experience with all necessary configurations.
How is the heat insulation effect of the product?
We have made 75mm thermal insulation cotton around and on the top, which has good thermal insulation effect.
What are the requirements of the floor for this product?
This product is only placed where the ground needs to be hardened and concrete poured.
What the value added service do you have?
We have camp/community planning design,indoor and outdoor electrical/plumbing design,communication/fire alarm/security system supply,furniture/electric appliance offer,etc.
What materials are used for the floors in my tiny home?
The middle floor is made of fire-resistant glass magnesium board (asbestos-free).

Installation
How to install after receiving the cargo?
We have installation manuel for you. It is much easily to assemble a house, like furniture. We also can provide remote video instruction.send a technician to assist you if necessary. However, you are responsible for their wages, visa fees, airfare and accommodation.
Do you provide on-site installation service?
Yes,We can provide detailed installation instrution drawings and videos. We also have both installation workers and supervisiors on site.
Is it easy for you to install?
Hello! We will have a matching installation video and installation of the specified file,the installation is relatively simple.
How long does it take to deploy my tiny home?
The rapid deployment system allows the house to be deployed within 10 minutes with a minimum of 8 + people.
What type of foundation does my tiny home need to be on?

What kind of hookups are needed for the home prior to delivery and installation?
Prior to delivery and installation, you are responsible for providing electrical, water, and sewage hookup as well as providing the foundation.
