A: Annual Production: container house 72000sets, prefab house 564000 square meters;portable toilet 24000sets;steel structure. 360000 square meters .

3.Q:How to install your tiny house?

A: We will provide installation instruction and video for you, technicians will be sent to help you if it is necessary. However,the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation,wages will be provided by buyers.

4.Q:Do your expandable container houses meet Australian Standards?

A: Yes, we meet Australian Standards, SAA Certification on electrical materials and products, and Watermark on all plumbing products and materials.

5.Q: What sizes do they come in?

A.:We have open space models that are the standard 20 or 40-foot container, which can expand out to a custom size of 3.4m wide, as well as affordable expansion homes which come in 2 different sizes – 20 and 30-foot, with the 30-foot model expanding out to a huge 5850 x 7300 x 3200mm. We also offer the option of a 20ft or 40ft container being delivered 3m wide with the option of expanding wider once on site.

6.Q:Can I customise my order or design my own?

A: Sure – you can work with us to fully customise your container home, including kitchen, bathroom, flooring and layout so you have your perfect space.

7.Q: What warranty do your expandable container homes have?

A: There is a 1-year structural warranty for all containers homes and offices.

8.Q: Do you provide bulk wholesale prices for larger orders?

A:We can certainly facilitate large orders for customers needing to order multiple container homes at a time.

A:We have been awarded the certificate by CE,American building Code,ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001 and China Classification Society.Meantime,we have been inspected many times by TUV,SGS and BV for the factory andproducts.
